It’s a moot point that she is technically a woman. She was banned from the World Championships because tests showed she had xy chromosome, so, she’s a man in that test. The IOC doesn’t use that test, evidently, they simply take the sex on a passport as proof she’s a woman. She also tested extremely high testosterone for a woman. If there’s any doubt, surely the safety of genuine women should be paramount. Cheers.

The problem is that the women athletes are fearful that their entire lives and futures will be ruined by refusing to compete with men. They have spent their lives up to now preparing for and getting to the the very pinnacle of their chosen sports. Now, if they refuse to take part in this debacle, the woke, left wing twitteratti will destroy them, their sponsors will pull the plug and they will probably be banned from ever taking part again ! Its an atrocious choice these girls are being made to make; either fight a man and lose, and possibly die or be severely injured; or refuse

I don’t know , but trying to understand the legal maze, I think, and I emphasis, I only think, the age of criminal responsibility is 10, but “ children” under the age of 18 are afforded anonymity and certain legal protections AT THE DISCRETION OF THE JUDGE. It would appear the Judge in this case lifted the anonymity clause at the request of the press because of “ intense public interest’. But as I say, that’s just how I understand it . Cheers.

My minds fully made up , I can support some protests but not others, it’s not a binary choice. I didn’t mention legislation. When people take to the streets because they think the government is lying to them and flooding the country with people who have no connection in any way with us , a lot of them illegal and maybe dangerous, then I support them, and I thought you did ? People who cause chaos for normal , everyday people going about their legal business, instead of targeting the people they hold responsible, then I don’t support them, you obviously do.
