  1. I was on the windup pal, I don't know what has or what hasn't gone off. Props to King for giving the dog a home. ?
  2. Now we know why you gifted King that bull cross.... ?
  3. I haven't seen that myself but there's a difference from being uninterested to dropping them and squealing like a pig once they nip a dog IMO.
  4. Some dogs are born cold though, it is what it is. Again, you can't always polish a turd.
  5. Wouldn't surprise me, you just look at the way the dogs ended up. Either he had something good gifted to him and he slowly killed the line by not following the standards of his predecessors or he got too old and let money rule over quality. Whatever the excuse, his later dogs were not of the same quality of his early stuff. Still, he put the black un's on the map like no other.
  6. That I don't know. Don't believe he would sell on a rejected cold dog but you learn something new every day.
  7. How long is a piece of string pal. He has bred cold dogs though, which breeder hasn't.
  8. One thing you can say about Nuttall, he used to take jackers back and offer you another dog.
  9. I agree mate but the thing is who in their right mind would buy a pup off tested stock, never work it and then decide to breed it?
  10. Yes and I wouldn't think about breeding them tbh. A fella I knew had a stunning looking Lakey type, if looks could kill it would be a winner. Well put ratting it was squealing like a cut pig when bitten and picking it's spots, thanks but no thanks. ?
  11. That's true but it's about stacking the deck in your favour.
  12. If folk would even consider breeding from a terrier that jacks on rats then they'd need their heads testing IMO.
  13. See above. Like I said bloodlines do matter but let's not forget it was the work that moulded them in to what they are.
  14. So why not go back to the parents or other littermates that have been worked?
  15. Not at all but why on earth would you want to breed two dogs together or buy pups off two dogs that haven't done anything?
  16. It does obviously make a difference or else we would never have established lines and such. The proof is in the pudding at the end of the day, breeds and types were created because of their abilities to excel at the task they were created for. Now of course bloodlines count but those same bloodlines made their name by doing the job.
  17. I'm not one to doubt someone but I believe their could be a few leeks in your story.
  18. Thanks mate, again it's nice to see someone pro gay-rights on here, your posts on the LGBT thread were a real eye opener. ?
  19. Come on WILF don't lower the tone fella.
  20. I'm sure many Irish lads on here would be proud to have Miss Ireland on their arm mate.
  21. Struggle when their eyes are closed as well.....
  22. Must have poor eyes mate, spot them and Charlie no problem mate. Surely though somebody must have made a comparison video.
  23. Yeah mate, it's a beauty pageant that was established in 1947.
