Thats going off at a tangent as that isn't the original point but im guessing its legal to feed invertebrates as they are considered less able to feel pain and fear as opposed to more highly evolved vertebrates........... try telling that to the earwigs i pit against woodlouse every evening for self pleasure Who wins?

Ive kept pythons, corn snakes, rat snakes and monitors, fed them all on frozen mice and rats and never had a problem or had to resort to live, as have been mentioned, feeding live rats in the enclosed space is often dangerous for both prey and predator, and illegal!!! It goes on with herpatologists as some species are very tricky feeders(which raises the issue, should they be kept in captivity?) and they do feed live, but why do folk feel the need to record and share this with the world? The main problem with this is two-fold, firstly rightly or wrongly the general public find it much more d

The law does seem a bit confused, as you can legally let a terrier kill a rat or kill it in any way(Not true at all) as long you don't feed it to a snake...you can't even feed a goldfish to another fish. But it is the same kind of law as being able to hunt a rabbit with a dog, but you can't use a bagged rabbit(If you can't diiferentiate betweena rabbit caught in its natural surroundings to a bagged rabbit then i worry for you). There is a fine moral line between two seemingly similar actions(similar to you ).

Some may laugh, i think the fella is a sadistic cnut, same as anyone who drowns a cat. As has been said, is there any difference between a rat and a kitten??? But the thing that bothers me is making a video of feeding it for enjoyment and fun.......

All this fuss over a scratched book, it ain't a Bugatti Veyron ffs, some folk have far too little esle to worry about if a dented book causes them so much grief. The grown up thing to do would of been to pm the man in private, not this charade...........

I like most words big , or small. In the right context and the right place. Of course. There are approximately 750k words in the English language of which approximately 220k are in everyday usage. Your average university graduate has a vocabulary of approximately 6K= depending upon the subject and the university. Your average Daily Star reader has a vocabulary of less than 1k. A grand idea but................. Bearing mine what's one man's salt is another mans poison. True, but lets be honest your posts are as popular as a hog roast at a bat mitzvah........ That depends upon your POV Simon. I'm sure there are many very liberal followers of the hebrew faith that would enjoy a hog roast if the truth be known. Its als universally recognised that for the good of a forum mods shouldn't express or impose their own POV. Why? I was a member before i was a mod. I can try and present my own views and also impartially moderate the boards..........
