Work on your basic obedience and stock breaking before contemplating hunting with your dogs. Once you can demonstrate your dogs are safe in the countryside and not a threat to livestock or likely to bog off when the lead is removed you will have a better chance of gaining permission.

Yes, its a very good book. The domestic dog by Serpell and The intelligence of dogs by Cohen are also very good. Training wise I like the old fashioned books by Bill Kohler,this guy really knew his stuff. -

Ive seen that picture before and yes its real but I doubt it was caught on a fly ro, reptiles have amazing strength, I held a two oot croc and was amazed at the strength. I also have a 3ft monitor lizard and the power is out of proportion to their size. I have also altered the name of the topic to warn against our younger member viewing the pictures.
