Cheers Ian, I tried connecting to my dvd screen but nothing, I altered the format on the xq and tried both formats, I have been and bought today new cables but still nothing. I have now ordered a lcd tv cctv monitor and will await it's arrival and try that. On the plus side the lightforce mount has arrived for my truck !

I am looking to attach my unit to a screen inside the truck as ,much of my time is spent sitting in the lambing fields now, I have attached the unit to a portable 12v dvd screen, however the image does not show on the screen, what does everyone else use for this set up, does the unit have to be attached to a portable tv screen to work ?

Well I will add to this also, I have an astro 320 and 3 dc50 collars, all fine when switched on put onto the hounds then only one collar is tracking, I have deleted and master reset the collars but it's still happening. Very frustrating at present. Any ideas would be appreciated.

I dig my traps into the ground, using the soil and sod to cover the inside of the cage floor, I've always used dead chickens for my bait, hang 1 in the back of the trap and dig a hole behind the trap and Bury a chicken with legs sticking out of the ground, usually the buried chicken is taken and within a few days bingo ! I set my traps on the travelling routes of the fox, usually hedgerows. Seems to work for me.

Can anyone recommend a chemical product for the control of redshank in game crops, I used roundup last year however it worked at first then regenerated and took over the crop and ruined it. Cheers

bowderdale replied to billbroon's topic in Gamekeeping, Conservation & Shoot Management
I purchased one a few weeks back and had 5 foxes on the first trip out using the red LED turbo, I also use the IR LED with my nightvision its an awesome piece of kit. Highly recommended and a top class service.
