  1. Horses for coarses Best dog i ever had the pleasure of working was a 1/4 bull 3/4 grey, now running 5/8 3/8 bull/grey. The gamiest little dog was a wee bitsa, small whipety dog wi a dash of saluki and a dash of bull, brave brave wee dog and blew many bull/greys out the water on the reds.
  2. Yes lol, a young Muslim lad shot it, and then cut it to make it halal. Very interesting really. I'll try the venison reciepe myself as it looked lovely.
  3. Its all about moderation kid, my boys 17 this month, hes at college taking a National diploma then off to uni, hes knocking the crank out of young girls and loves hunting and football. Has been riding a moterbike all summer now ready to take driving lessons. But he will be chuffed to bits when he see his new game after a hard day in the books Healthy boy if you ask me. Spot on... it's definitely all about getting the balance.. and to hear my boy (15yrs) sounding so damn pleased when he found out that I had bought it was great. I used to run a dog club in the Midlands (WMADA) would have been a great club if the dogs hadnt got human owners lol. Really enjoyed ya pics, thankyou

  11. i must admit iam lucky to be able to go out at least once a day, ferreting/ratting/lamping or just mooching, , shame iam just unlucky with evrything else in life, lol Have to admit all those feelings when out with my dog, and were out every day mooching but if i was out every night i think i would be getting divorced, need a bit of family life to lol.   16. Interesting, ive heard road walk myself, even walk them on gravel etc. To be honest i would say its in the breeding and hereditary, some dogs would improve over time. Whats other people think on this FACT/MYTH??

I run a 5/8 grey 3/8 bull and hes a grand dog, but yes he did have a tendency to burn out quicker than i would have thought he should, but with a good diet and a vigerous excersise regime we overcome this. Id be interested in what other bullx owners think about this (maybe a good thread starter?

Yes mate love the breed myself buddy, will have to do a search on the ridgeback x a bloke i no in witchurch got some good shepards titled aswell with shutzhund pleasere to do a bit of sleeve work with them a few weeks back when i picked me bull x up Hardcore dogs mate, so tenatious its unbelievable.

  23. from what i have seen you will get a good dog as long as the dogo is a goodun,my friends dogos are very level headed dogs and good with the family,you would probably get a better dog because they are bred to run in a pack. A cross ive always liked the idea of is the mali x or even a rodesian (but again whos got tested rodesians?
