So what Blaise , you dug 2 holes and one was to the dog because of the circumstance of the sett ?. And obviously, a locater coller made no difference in what went on because of how you dug to the dog ?. Thanks for that Blaise. Yes the highly protected over in this part of the world too.i just didn't know if different where you are. I saw pictures of them hunted or tales , that's going back to a hundred years ago near enough. Say no more on the matter. All the best with your hunting and good to see how much you appreciate it

In the last 15 years I've had two bitches off him . First one small smooth coated which he lent me .people laugh bit at size but wasn't long till on morning out we dug to a fox to her handy and dog was great. Later on the day the other terriers with didn't work to ground so this bitch went in , done long enough time about 4 or five hours but dead next to the fox which alive .dog wasn't that bad bit up and enough room .people was in there opinion dog too small.was small but could been heart attack as Brian stated few others at around one time of dogs it happened too. Yes I saw that myself there at around that time and dogs and saw some good bitches which as you said and the was his own , some with bronze in them , good enough size. On the other side I did see others which wasn't to what I admire to the other dogs. Going back to the 80s or before, do you ever see of dog called,Spate, owned by aw. This would been around before I had blacks. It had a good name and the man too. Brian sometimes won't say about some dogs that come off him and then times he will .

Very nice Glyn, no disrespect everyone to the own but some nuttals terriers seemed to lost alot of the size and qualities favoured I personally liked to his own modern day style of dog in which the lost of that . People have the preference but even see or hear lot laugh at the size of dogs. Still though, the man produced workers to the day and the took the results

Had same sort of similar start with the black dogs we first got , I would of been 14 and though the was other black dogs and colours about, on way morning out we out ferreting and stuff and got told of pups when we be asking. The man who we got them off , only a few no who he was and he wasn't one for going around or hunting with others. I never knew who nuttall was and he told me that sire was dog rocky, saw a picture of him few weeks later in the cw. 35 a pup and at that time good Russell's was 25 about. These were a very hard strong terriers, big , little bit big was the 3 dogs but not craz

Work and breed your own then and you know what's what

It is with some people or terriermen to use the names thing and for the reasons why because the selling dogs . On the other hand though people should respect some names or breeders behind good dogs . Same again though, the dealer wants to know the breeding of peoples dogs and on the other hand someone wants to know the breeding because for genuine reasons only

Surely if someone knows their own dogs inside out then the have a good idea of what the want to produce and what the be up against in life for there own work , . And to produce better but with the style of commitment required. But not hoping for ( the dog ) , but mostly all good enough. Some dogs will jack even if thought the good .some that wont.And some through the fault of the owner. But obviously putting a out and out dog that walks out can't be good as be inherited.
