    Ok just googled to see what you meant http://predatoruniversity.com/predu/Coyote_Decoy_Dogs.html yes and no is the answer. the province is split up into rual municipalities and its upto them if you can use dogs to hunt yotes. Were i live i am in the middle of 4 RMs 2 allow the use of dogs. by chance i have just recently bought a deer x wolfhound whos parents were used for hunting yotes. Hopefully next year i can get her out. hunting with dogs is not as common as it is in the UK. The authorities frown upon it really

    what exactly do you mean by decoy dogs? plastic decoy coyote or running dogs that take out coyotes? went back up to the place again tonight. wild e coyote 1 englishman 0 pulled up into the yard and the wind was blowing from me into the creek. see pic 1 above,so were i took that photo,wind blowing into the creek. there isnt much i can do as the snow is 3 feet deep and i aint trying to walk 200 yards to the left of pic 1 above. so i hunkered down same spot,put caller on and literally within 20 seconds and big blonde dog comes barrelling across the field

    if you think those laws are poorly written and worthless just two weeks back the safety minister of canada introduced bill C71 this WAS supposed to reduce the gang/gun problem that has hit all major canadian cities. the proposed bill does absolutely fck all to combat this issue but it just now impedes the law abiding firearm owner here in canada. so politicians just write shite to make themselves look good to the electoral base,no thought process goes into the actual crux and implementation of any new laws to combat the real issues. even

    Cant use shite here mate jail time for infa red night vision or hand held lamps. i quoted the sunset times as you have 1/2 hr after same goes for sunrise. You really need to take notice of the times just in case you get a conservation cop on your arse. Get caught its a fine, loss of hunting for a year and they take your vehicle

    Well called for over an hour swapping between coyote pup, female yote and different rabbit distress calls and bugger all to be seen. yotes are using the creek bottom to get around. I drove around the area to see nowt. going back tues or weds evening

    Just had a call off a friend two yotes were baiting their dog at their acerage just north of me. So gearing up for a yote calling session set up is foxpro wired to an external speaker with a good selection of calls. Going to start with cottontail distress and bitch yote yelp. caller and speaker in a cooler bag cammo with a white grain sack firearm, going with the semi auto HK SL8 in 5.56. Meotpa 4-12x50 slapped on it white winter cammo for me -8c sunny sunset 7.45pm legal shooting til 8.15pm yes i know it sucks balls big time not being all

    Just back from the vets he checked out both eyes tested the troubled eye and said its scarred from an incident so my guess during fight time with the hound this has happened. anti biotic/steroid eye drops for the fiery little Pdale

    hilarious was thinking of 1/2 a rophy tablet,just to knock the little tempestuous fckr out for a while just got her booked in vet saturday am hopefully it aint anything serious,but i am getting a sneaky feeling it could be,as the bloke i bought her from has stopped breeding Pdales. who knows i will post back when i find out more and try post a pic of her eye

    now that some of you have posted up about infections i have noticed when the Pdale is scrapping with the hound,the hound gets the Pdales head in its mouth. just maybe damage incurred at fight time. the Pdale does get the better of the hound lol

    i have a 3 year old Patterdale bitch with a slight small cloudy spot on her eye before anyone starts yes i am going to the vets. has anyone else experienced it in their terrier. she does get scraps but now she wont,as i read it could be high Cholesterol or even she could have an eye disease or something inherited from the mum i am doing a feed swap this week to a better quality food. where i live is a bit limited to what feed i can buy,so off to the city tomoz (2 hr drive) to scoop some of this up https://www.walmart.ca/en/ip/crave-with-protein-from
