Just saw your windy weather on the US new here , came to see how you all were handeling it LOL WIMPS! just kidding. Living in hurricane country you learn how to secure things . I saw they said some areas were 99 mph and showed a plane lifting off sideways, i about lost my breakfast just imagining being on that flight. I think of it as a good cleaning and taking down weak almost dead trees anyhow that needed to come down

Ive had a couple from Chapman and had ton of fun here in the US with them, they are dead and gone now (late 80s and early 90s born) .

I just try to line the edges together in their normal position and start a small line at the top, if it was a long line like the horse i did about 1/4 inch at a time let it dry till I left a 1/4 or less open at the bottom. Its good for facial wounds on a horse as its mainly skin and not deep muscle, I think in cases of a deep muscle type tear the staple gun haggler put up might be stronger. I have one of those too. Not all wounds should be closed at all however, my dog I think healed better this last time by letting it heal from the inside out , it took 2 months for it to fianlly close up, bu

Super glue is safe I have used it for 15 years on horses and dogs and myself. It is the same as surgial glue just the solvan t ingred is different, but safe enough, just be sure to clean well and leave small opening at bottom for drainage . I glued a dumb horses face together with it when he head butted a tree, you cant even see the scar. Im assuming this mag box is magnet therapy? ...... BS stuff, might as well use pixie dust too while your at it. Have tried it on horses and i see no difference in healing. Time off and how they are brought back depends on how well muscle heals.IMO

Can you share the famiy tree a little , im just curious about the "look" that she has and how it came about. I hope she works for ya, nothing wrong with owning an attractive working terrier.

Coons can be hell, I have a dog here that was on a coon last November and he just now is healed FINALLY. edit to add , lol , just in time for our trip out in a couple weeks for spring action

SOrry to hear, sometimes hindsight is 20/20 but there was probly not much you could have done, he maybe needed the iv for a few more days, fluids/antibotics ect. Sorry bout your luck though.

Man, you guys do need better vets over there LOL..sounds like a possible "Open pyometria" you can clear it with antibotics but if you plan on breeding her I would do it sooner then later because if she closes her cervix and it is a pyometria it can kill her, IF it is a pyo, one of the factors about pyo, IF it is a pyo, is that there are some hormonal factors possible and can tend to run in a family line, but not all the time. If it is a basic infection(like a psudo, or micro), if they didnt culture it and just gave you a broad spectrum antibotic it might not have been suited for the type of

I have seen this a few times , just keep it open(in corner where the pup would tear) so it can drian and use a warm compress slight pressure to help it drian, the moms antibodies will keep the babys healthy till they eyes open completely and it will clear up entirly, dont worry about it. I read an article once about what causes it, but cant recall , it was no big long term problem though.

Heather Cromwell, FL..USA..JRT/ couple dark ones and 1 lurcher and 2 1/2 cutting bred QHs I have gone by Paxo for years and only learned about 4 yrs ago that it was chicken stuffing LOL, I had a little terrier that was named that and she was a one eyeed little huntin fool I used in SE /US ..Just incase you might wonder! She is passed on and is her brother that was just as awsome as she was. Have had JRTs for about 15 yrs.
