    All i can say is that they , float my boat , and still do. The feet on Stan I put down to bull influence, a big dog takes some stopping an his feet suffered. However, I have gone back to the "well" and , am more than pleased with my present two.

    If you take note of stans pictures you notice most of rabbits were head shot,by my lad. Though the dog retrieved all shot rabbits, he only caught a few..the Fox was his catch. Only words and a little bit of trickery could disguise the truth But that's not me!!!!!

    Had other breeds before but when I bought,blue stans sire back in 92 I've not been without this bloodline, and are as we say "fit for purpose ".

    Round my way it's sand mostly, most earth's follow streams with large embankments of mature trees. Sand is good on flat ground,but on an embankment even 5ft can be lethal.Sand slips fast, wet even faster.22ish my deepest. A good team of spade men an kept it wide. Backfilling was not as enjoyable.
