You can get similar for under tiled floor, just electrical heat tracing cable... would be pefect on a thermostat.... don't know what power they pull though so could be costly if its over a long period...

One things for sure, we are all hunters......some people may think hunting is cruel for whatever reason they believe.....but we respect our quarry and always aim for a quick clean kill, thats the nature of our hunting....but to an outsider who may look upon this site, they see were not bloodthirsty killers that want to cause suffering, by our reaction to the clip....anyone treating a living creature like that deserves the same...that treatment shown is truely barbaric....
