Roe Deer Skinning

Heres a short video of skinning out a roe deer, hopefully help people starting out, this is part 1.....

Brilliant stuff ian, the stools he use's is a handy thing to start the skinning of with better than on the floor :yes:

Good vid differant from how I do it but the end result is the same but I was always taught to cut the legs of at the flat joint and any of the stalkers on here will tell you the same.
Its not important but if I was to cut the legs of like that when I was younger I would of got a proper cxnting .
I like seeing someone take pride when dressing out beasts

Very good vid . It would be good if there was a part two on the cutting up of the beast so what do wee all think ?
