The start of something good

Now finally winter is behind me

time to start getting bbqing chunks of meat.

1/2 a shoulder of wild boar in a marinade of olive oil, sat n black pepper, oregano, cumin, dry red chilli, 4 garlic cloves and lemon zest. This for saturday maybe

Back on the wild boar kebabs

marinaded for a few days

just stuffed me boots

roasted cherry toms in balsamic vinegar and garlic

homemade coleslaw with crab

deeeeeeish

the other bag has backstrap of deer but that's tomorrow
