Out today for 4 hours at one of the farm yards and seen no rabbits or ferrals but got 3 collards,  plenty of these about but realy warey now when they spot you theyr off.

my last few daytime outings have turned into full on target sessions!

there are still loads of rabbits about but never during the day and as for the woodys!!! aghhh

ive left the rabbits alone for a few weeks now, concentrating on bloody rats at the moment, plenty of them around the pens.

I know what you mean pal i should come here less often to let things get less warey (theres a good few here its just when you get spotted thats it theyr gone and dont show up again that day) but dont want the farmer thinking im not botherd and getting someone else

Yes, a slow winter here also.

             I`ve completely left the rabbits alone ( grass land) and their return is strong.

             Nice shooting BN as per 

 

p.s.  Remember where you put your rifle, that camo` is so good you`ll lose her

4" of snow here this morning, id love to get out today to have a mooch about but this van wont get me to where i want to go in the snow especialy on the country lanes

well if the wind picks up and blows west you'll be able to get out soon... its pi55ing down here now
