What to do with piegon

Ive got a load of piegon in the frezzer and want to start getting through it but all i know to do with it is either a pie or roastin and fryin what can i do to make it more interesting?

The best i have tasted was barbaqued..coated in garlic paste and wrapped in tinfoil..i could eat it like that till it come's out of my ear's..

mince the pigeon breasts and any other meat you can get of the wee fekkers.....

some fine chopped chilli, some red onion , some scallion....bind with an egg

make the burger patties what ever size you want and under the grill and do slowly till how you prefered..

then onto a crusty burger bun way coleslaw...coul glass of coke ...and right there my friend you have food fit for kings.... fek im hungry now lol

pigeon with pasta n pesto ,
pigeon curry ,
pigeon stew
pigeon with fennel and garlic mash and peas.
