  1. 22ft lb. I take it this is .177 then?
  2. Me and my mate had 155 woodies on wheat stubble yesterday. Two weeks ago on the same farm on the rape stubble we had 450! We actually ran out of shells. Who would have thought 800 shells wouldn't have been enough :)
  3. If you are close enough I will have them. Where are you?
  4. How are you getting on with this? As said, use the situation to your advantage, which goes for any situation you face. Ambush them from cover where they can't scent you. If there is no cover you can set up a small bit of camo net set low to hide you. Good luck and have fun.
  5. I have seen some of his videos. He is very good.
  6. Good luck on Saturday. As long as you have a reasonably clean history the shotgun application process is very simple.
  7. It can be done with an air rifle. I have done it many times. Your field craft will need to be good. Location of hide, camo and decoy set up will need to be spot on. Though a shotgun is a lot more effective and will get you much bigger bags. Make sure you know the laws concerning shooting near roads and footpaths. Most of all, enjoy the shooting.
  8. I have been in the butts at the far end of ranges. The crack of the Bullet going overhead gives no indication of the direction it came from. The thump that follows a second or so later which is the sound of the muzzle blast reaching you does.
  9. Leslie, I like your advice and you helpful attitude. Thank you buddy.
  10. All this is starting to get me interested in wildfowling. Been talking to KWCA. Looks like I'll be joining
  11. Holy #@!! I thought wildfowling was about small bags. Looks like you had a proper fun day there
