yes you are right the skin money was a perk and the same as the phone bill i should have said that. my huntsman was first class like that with the skin money. it is the same as any employer they all dont pay the same

it depends from hunt to hunt. i use to take home 600 a month but on top of that i had my cottage,elec,water,council tax,phone bill etc paid plus i had use of the hunt trucks when i needed. also i never paid for any dog/ferret food as i feed them flesh also the hunt paid for my terrier vet bills. then on top of my wages i had a share of the skin money. hunt service is not a job it is a way of live you will never get rich but i loved my job. i pcked up hunt service 9 years ago
