well the girlfriend caught a 6 inch pollack while spinning two nights ago whereas last night I chased bass caught in a channel and although putting Toby's literally In their faces, nothing, today I fished rag and spun including feathers and caught fa!

staying along the north coast of n.i for a few days, brought the dead bait and spinning rod, got some rigs and ragworm yesterday but all im catching are small crabs! extra kick was there were plenty of fish jumping this morning, im guessing sea trout and something else possibly bass or bream..... any suggestions lads?

complete f***ing nuisance those things, the ones i had in my first flat you couldnt even dry your wet gear on them as there was some trip/override switch when they got too hot- cheapest alternative i'd sooner have a couple of tube heaters, low wattage and you can fit a thermostat to them aswell maybe the rules are different in england but be careful with spending money on a rental property incase you fall out with the landlord or neighbours, and need to move- im talking from experience unfortunately!

i too have searched for a dog which is basically the same size and coat of a spaniel yet has the trainability and more commonly seen house dog qualities of a labrador, then it came to me, what are the possibilities of a terrier x lab, anybody ever came across one?

you do have a point there, however fly fishing isnt my main focus which is why having sub standard equipment the odd time i do 'fluff chuck' doesnt help! i learnt to pike/coarse fish as a child, on my own, with tackle that my father/grandfather used and could now accurately cast a lure/float/feeder with pretty much any thing that resembled a rod
