I went along for the day, it went well. pleanty of folk there to say it's the first time they've had the shows. My whippet bitch won champion whippet. Well done to everyone who supported the lure coursing & the show classes well done to all the winners a big Thank you to our Hosts Matt & Sarah our Judges John Glover Mim Young Mally Sid Mick & our slipper & Judge Arron & Gary for all their hard work today also a big thank you to Nigel & Shirley & all our volanteers without these people these events could not take place great to meet friends old & new nice to put a face to a name OBE only got a few pics so here goes. Pennymeadow Whippets 0 Posted April 12, 2009 Report Share Posted April 12, 2009 Oldblueeye's Pics Crowds gathering for the start of the days events Some of the dogs One of Sparkys dogs off and running I think Merlin would have gladly gone home with the runingwhippet lads Finn, Dodger and Merlin Best lurcher in show, on her way to the lure coursing..she reached the final, in the lure coursing as well Tod getting impatient for his run I think this was Towzers dog running against Tanya's "Gotcha" Tod, striking a couple more (sorry don't know the names). And finally a few of the Darren who had me in fits of laughter several times... Don't know what he was planning here !! And I dread to think what he was showing Pennymeadow and Nigel here..but they certainly found it funny .
