Deker 3,491
I suggest you spend some time zeroing...will save you a lot of ammo looking at the last ratio shots/kills!!! Quote Link to post
SportingShooter 0
Foxing, about 20 rounds normally. Five in the magazine, and the rest in a bullet wallet, I'm not ever likely to fire 20 in one night so thats plenty! HMR, about the same on me and I normally leave a box in the guncase in the car. Depending on where I'm shooting that is. Shotgun, depending on what I'm shooting, 50 in a cartridge bag for Pheasant. About 500-750 for Crows and Pigeon (when I get the time!!) SS Quote Link to post
The one 8,592
with the .22 rimmy 1 carry a 100 bullets or what i have in two boxes and keep another couple in the car hoping for that good night Quote Link to post
Mr_Logic 5
I load up my 25-shot mag for the .22, and the 10 as well. Rarely finish the 25-shot. Foxing, usually 3 in the mag, one up the spout and 10 or so reloads. If I need more than that I'm either f***ing annoyed, in which case best go home, or I've had a good night, in which case best go home Deer, normally take the end of whichever box with me, but I don't really need it, if I fire 2 shots something went wrong. Just becarefull "borrowing" ammo. If you are caught with more in your possesion than you are allowed, or have bought, you and your mate could technically fall foul Just seen you are in Oz so may not apply, does over here tho' Edited December 31, 2008 by cyclonebri1 Quote Link to post
