super glue does exactly the same job .........

 

 

 

Do you apply the glue as you would stitches? ie, clean & treat cut, bring open sides of cut together and glue?

Never tried it but sounds good for tears.

what do you mean ok wise guy ... i wasnt disagreeing with you .... you f u c k i n g knobber i was saying that super glue is the same stuff (because thats what super glue was invented for originally) however depending on the size and place of the cut stitching would be a better option than gluing ........

socks,whats this f*****g Knobber all about?you got a death wish or what?it sounded as you wer disagreeing(~wise guy)!!sorry if i upset you.but a little hint dont go around calling people nasty little names esp people you dont know!!!!wink,wink!As for steve d,yes you need to clean the cut as much as poss and dry it,apply the glue to both sides and hold for a bit.Giv the dog a jab and keep rested for a bit.

thats a load of shite about nam an super glue , i learnt at college they were discovered by the yanks in the 1940's when they were trying to find different materials for sights but wasnt sold until 57 as a glue if my memory serves me correctly

You are absolutely right Chilli...I should have said it was "discovered" for medical purposes during the Vietnam war.
