4x4 Off-Road Tyres

Recommended Posts

My hi-lux pickup needed new tyres as the All Terrain were getting down a bit,i opted to go slightly wider from 205 to 235 as these are more readily available thats all.

I went for the Insa Dakaar Mud Teerains and cant believe the grip, same pattern as BF Goodrich.I dont need 4wd half the time it goes most places i would have needed 4wd without any trouble in 2wd ,slight bit of road noise but god are they good. Its unstoppable and for the price they are the best remoulds on the market apparently using bfg sidewalls.

www.blackcircles.com Try this site, you order and pay online at what i think are very cheap prices. Then you order them to be fitted at the garage nearest you all in the price. I found them very good to deal with. Worth a try. What was the price in comparison to on here roebuck?

Hi,

I have a Freelander 2 on a 57 plate, she came with Good Year Wrangler's M + S 235/66 R17 's They are not the best off road tyres to say the least! however I have been searching for a while now for replacements, and I can not seem to find a decent 17" off road tyre any where, apparently BF are in the process of putting some on the market, but nothing out there worth spending £400 + on  any idea's ?

Cheers,

Tom
