golf course

hi everyone

went up to the golf course last night to see what was about ,pulled up and there was still loads of cars in the car park and i thought surely they cant be playing still so went inside and there is a silver surfers evening meal going on .went and spoke to the chairman to let him know i was on site and went and got set up and sat in the car for a while just watching where the bunnies were and saw 8 out in front of me from 20yds to 50yds so just sat watching for a while till all the silvers had gone and George locked up .

 

so all the excitement over and i make my way over to a fence about 30yds from where the bunnies were grazing and got me self laid down tucked up along the fence and waited. cos all the cars moving and noise of silver surfers leaving they all fooked of to the tree line. it wasn't long before the first target came out big jump straight out avin a look round up came the AAS410 cross hairs locked on a little squeeze and THWACK up in the air it went and came down stone cold so nick named it Steve Austin LOL.

 

then went for a mooch around no golf buggy this time so had me work cut out was walking down to the front of the course and spotted my second target put the lamp on it took aim THWACK over it went but could i find it could i fook .put that shot to the back of me mind and of again see another about 60yds so started to pace out towards it got within 25yds and had it in me cross hairs squeezed the trigger missed FOOK . carried on round to 15Th hole and laid down on a bank and the light from the water house next door has a massive flood light which dose light up part of the area i was sniping at so laid there patiently about 1/2hour passed and out they came 4 of them so let them get settled for a minute or five on came the lamp took aim THWACK straight over not a twitch .

 

made my self round to the remaining holes areas avin a pop at each hole but missed terribly so decided it was time to go home because if i stayed any longer i would have ended up shooting my self so stressed lol and not good for me or the bunnies need to respect the quarry

hello chap yeah still at it! off up the farm again tomorrow to get every thing sorted for the shooting rights to the farm and pick up maps get forms signed ect then sat and sun were off for a mooch with air riffles and the shot gun!

hopefully james will be missing some foxes soon as well as the rats just as soon as he gets his f.a.c amended!

Ive been trying to get my golf course rabbit's with the dog during the day ,as when the golfers finish the dog walker and kids drinking bucky come out on the course .The only other option is a 5 am start them the joggers and dog walkers start appearing at 6am and my firearms officers no to keen on my using a rimmy on the golf course
