Rentomski 0
OK. i put the empty shell in, work the bolt but it doesnt pull the shell out.The extractor claw seems ok, it move out and springs back in fine enough . Take the bolt out and fit the empty case onto the bolt face and have a look at how much retention the extractor claw actually has on the rim. Quote Link to post

trappa 518
The extractor claw "seems" to have a decent amount of retention so i cant work it out? Im hoping im doing something really obviously wrong, as surely a brand spanking new gun wouldnt go wrong straight away. Im absolutely gutted here, really sick. Quote Link to post

trappa 518
Nothing that stands out! Ive tried it about 2o times in the last 5 mins, and about half of them eject, half dont. Could it be a wearing in thing? the wife suggested some wd40 so ive gave it a squirt and it seems to be the same Quote Link to post
Rentomski 0
Sounds like a warranty claim unfortunately, certainly not usual to have such problems with a new rifle and factory rounds. Quote Link to post
SNAP SHOT 194
take the gun back to the shop you bought it in, warrenty...................don't do anything that they may say would make the warrenty void..........and good luck. Quote Link to post

lgray88 4
my new sako quad which is obviously rimfire and not centrefire but same principal , i started using cci blazers in it first id fire theround but it wouldnt pull out the fired round , after moving over to winchesters which worked fine , i went back to using the cci's as i have run out of the winnies and now it seems to be ejecting the empty round no problem it may be a just a wearing in thing , but if you want true peace of mind id send it back but it you could just try a few more rounds its maybe that the case is pretty tight in the breach . liam Quote Link to post
