eating deer

I have tasted a few varieties ie Red,Roe,fallow and chinese but found roe to be my favourite. Until recently, i tasted some muntjac and thought it was GRRRRRRREAT!. I never bothered eating muntjac in the past, as it was always badly bruised and minced. It was also said it had a musty taste, well after tasting it recently i can fully reccomend it. cheers wex ;)
