And with the winters seeming to get warmer and warmer, I'd definitely go with brick nowadays: the wooden structures get very hot in summer. Just add more bedding in winter if it gets cold in a brick built kennel.

the over week i was talking to a lad that said brick kennels made your dogs Lose Weight is this true or not

does that work the same with humans and brick houses,if so iam sellin up and moving to a brick house :laugh::laugh:

i have half block half wood in both runs out the garden but in my ranch im in the process of building block kennels, i also had wood boxes for the dogs to sleep in but i noticed in the summer it holds alot of fleas now ui have plastic boxes and a flea collar and i cant find 1 flea :tongue2: block is the only way forward tho id say
