Gav 1,708 Posted June 14, 2008 Report Share Posted June 14, 2008 I have a Smith's V carbide hand held, scrape down thing, had it for years does the kitchen and field knives fine, bloody good edge, I am wondering though couple of field knives I have, have gut hooks, I dont really feel the need to use the gut hook though, but I wonder what you would use to sharpen that bit ?
