some people are fairly harsh on the younger members (me included) perhaps they dont know how old we are or perhaps they think we shouldnt be hunting and being on an 'adults' forum. Perhaps they may be able to lay off a little bit as I have been having it in the neck about selling my ferret kitts and booking them up early! (i dont even think I was doing anything wrong!)

Well i am taking what you say at face value & know your 13 , i have a son your age & an older one so kind off wouldnt like to think he was being yelled at by people as i assume the vets bill & geting the ferret to the vets is going to be your parents responisibility & ultimatly there decision as to when the ferret can see the vet & it costs money as we all know

 

Plus i would hate to think a young member was scared to post on here & driven away by some off the harsher comments , maybe its just me but i do think foul language & the way we post should be moderated when replying to the younger members , call me old fashoned but i think the posters age should be taken into concideration when replying

the only way of moderating this kay, is if ALL new members, filled out their profile fully, most dont, which then means we have no Idea on "age's" birthdates etc, it would then seem bias if we deleate swear words on some, but not on others,

 

maybe we should have an illness/disease post, pinned at the top, with some facts/descriptions etc on different syptoms, that those, not in the know, could read, and take the advice accordinatly, rather than posting a question, that others are going to take offence too, when the vets arnt contacted immeaditly

Yes i agree with the filling in off profiles, mines filled to the limit i think you soon sus out who is a kid after a few posts though, but having said that i was supprised to find out scuzzys only 15 , thought he was older than that , so my therey is pants really
