Do norfolk rabbits not use burrows? Unless u run sloths or the rabbits are just taking the piss out of the speed of ur dogs. Maybe genetics have failed & the rabbits have bred with the hares, or u've got high class drugs down there Edited May 14, 2008 by proudy Quote Link to post

doxhope 2
Had some boys from down that way come up here for lamping nights with us years ago, they were here for 3 nights, carried their dogs off the hills on the first night, they just went out to watch ours on the sceond 2 nights So I dont know about them being the fasted rabbits down that way, but definately not the best dogs for the job.. Rolfe 2
At a guess.........I would say a rabbit from Norfolk and a rabbit from Yorkshire would cover the same distance at exactly the same speed......... if my old hob ferret or lurcher was close on their Ar*se Rolfe. Quote Link to post

whin 463
the bestes rabbs are golf course rabbs or winter wheat as they can give a slow dog stick , saw them make a fool out of dogs many a time , but a well educated jukel will catch were ever tried and tested , suffolk yorkshire scotland etc Quote Link to post
381b17 0
Gotta say Essex essex Bunnies are the fastest!!!!! Just like our Women!!!!! Quote Link to post
fishfish 17
i suppose it is possible that the genetics of rabbits vary accross the country, much the same as people,so i think speed could be affected too. Quote Link to post
