Due to the dilligence of some un-named (for their own safety) members we now have one photo of this person, apologies for the qulaity as photo was taken on an early model ACME camera phone. He's been known to wear a hat, short in stature, and fights dirty, usually hitting below the belt and often taking gibberish His cover involves telling people that he hunts rabbits, although the THL Intelligence Comit-eeeee (oxymorons anyone?) has learned he does this without much success, again, thanks to our undercover work we have photographic evicence of this. Tries to offer dog grooming service also, but his plan really is to destroy the confidence of good working dogs by giving them embaressing 'do's that they'll not want to be seen out in public with.
