What Size Are Your Dogs

This question has probably been asked a million times, but what size are your dogs? Where you expecting a taller, shorter dog? Are you happy with the size IT has turned out to be? Has the size limited what you can work your dog to?

I hear about OH MY DOG IS TOO SHORT, NOT ENOUGH STRIDE, TOO BIG FOR THESE FIELDS etc....

My pup is 8 months old and standing 25tts.

What are your views of the above?

My deerhoundx greyhound is 30" and needs some space...no good in small fields, i knew this when i bought him.

i have 3 dogs here 2 of them are 27" ats and the pup is 26" ats...not that it matters that much to me....

the bigger of the 2 is by far the quicker over longer distances....and the smaller, but heavier dog.....more explosive in close quarters.....

my collie saluki cross is 25tts, she is better in big feilds as she has thrown heavily to the saluki side of her.

i think a dog that is between 23-27 in will probably be a better alrounder not brilliant in big or small fields but can cope with both.

Mine is a 1x collie grey dog pup, he is 6 1/2 months old and 23ins 47lb. I think he might make

25ins and about 53lb. He should be quite a strong dog

my dog is 26 1/2 " tts and about 65lb and does well on both small and big fields he can turn very well for a big dog. the size of a dog does play a role in the ability of what it will do, but all dogs are different and you will get exceptions in all sized dogs.

Had dogs all sized, but MY best all rounders have been between 23-24 inches

25", 26kg, not too big, not too small. my dad also favours dogs around that size, his 3 are between 24" & 26".

I have two dogs the bullx is 26 and my salukix is about 28 both do well but the bullx hasnt got the pace for long ears
