my cat jess had 3 lil kittens on friday night, i know most people on here probably hate cats??!! it was her 1st and last litter, the first one and last one were breach so i helped her through it, i couldnt leave the room without her crying for me, so i take it she wanted me there. they all a good size and all in all mother and babies are doing fine, the mother is a scottish wild cat hybrid and the dad our other cat is a bengal it was accidental mating and she's going straight to the vets to get done. hopefully friends and family are wanting the baba's as i can trust them to look after them.

lol our dogs are fine with our cats, mother and the kittens are out the way of the dogs and other cat. they seems to be doing very well touch wood. i has a lovely big box all padded out that she was labouring in but on the last push of the 1st baba she jumped out and had them on the carpet under the raditor as you can see, so ive made a wall with an old bed sheet to keep the kittens in. i was amazed at how big they were. il keep it updated they should be opening there eye's any day

Edited to add, they are great when kittens, just not as good when adults!

I have always had a couple of cats as well, particularly ginger toms :D

Only good place for a cat, is on a farm where they can do what we domesticated them for in the first place, pest control. The wife had two when we moved into the place we're in now. It didn't take them long to bugger off! Too many old people nearby with nothing better to do than feed other peoples pets! Suited me though! (Hope she don't read this.......! )

i hate alot of people so should i go around and drown them?? how can a cat kill small birds if they are house cats?? plus we go out and kill things willy nilly, they are natural predators, if only you could train them to catch and kill rabbits. if a pure cat lover turned around and told someone to drown there pups as there are too many dogs being dumped in rescue centre's, all your comments would be different!!
