Lateness

It’s why I cringe when you see some politicians going in about workers “rights”…..like, don’t get me wrong nobody wants to see people abused but in my Experince abuse people and you lose them so nobody wants that anyway…..but what a lot of this employment law has done is actually hamstring good people and the great outcomes they historically achieved.

Like it don’t matter if a man stacks shelves or runs a conglomerate….his job matters in the wider world, it’s all a piece of the puzzle.

As you start to make one thing at a time wank then the whole thing breaks down….as we have seen in Britain and as we witnessed in the former Soviet Union with their socialist collective thinking.

Everything is a box ticking, marking time excercise rather than actually f***ing achieving things…..it strangles people and it strangles the nation.

jmho of course.

This is exactly where the UK is at the moment.  It's spiralling downwards at a massive speed.

Is it just me because I’m weird as f**k or can anyone else just genuinely not tolerate lateness ?? Like, with me, it’s to the point that I get genuinely f***ing enraged ! I don’t understand

This thread has really got me thinking . Being late , being disrespectful,  accepting low standards , is all part of the way society is changing for the worse .it's just getting less. Being

Depends what he is getting on your case for ? Like if it’s just pathetic, nerdy stuff that is of absolutely no consequence to any outcomes then that’s one thing. But if it’s stuff like time

What you tend to find is mate, the lads have no time for pricks either….they police themselves in that regard.

The times we may have got a new bloke and after a few days the lads won’t even talk to him or are bollocking him or taking me aside and saying “Here, this dudes a prick, f**k him off”

This ☝️

In the old days of task and finish on the bins , you either got the f**k on with it , or you got f****d off.

The lads were a f***ing rough old bunch , and wouldn't entertain a slacker , because it would eat into there pub time after work .

In the old days , the official start time was 6am , but on most days , most of the crews were out on the streets by 4am , so that the lads could be finished , showered , and in the pub for opening time . Nobody stopped for a lunchbreak , it was just balls out graft from start to finish .

The lads were happy,  the managers were happy , the councillors were happy,  and the public were happy.
