If staying overnight no one ever seems to have a problem if you walk the dog after dark with a bright light for safety purposes.

Ford Capri, Vauxhall Calibra etc. The manufacturers and buying public are lazy and disinterested now but at least some of the old ones still exist. A friend of mine bought the below a couple of years ago. I drive a old 2011 S3 8p 3 door manual 315bhp B road special...Still love it after 7 years, it's been super reliable and goes like stink and is still a nice place to sit 3

I loved that van, it was a 1988 1.6 diesel, went out helped myself to an escort turbo and put the front end, wheels, interior and body kit on my van, and painted it purple, it got nicked twice from outside my mams and I got it back both times, second time they had taken the recaro’s and the turbo bonnet

That's kind of my point, apart from all the great engineering there, they do not make affordable 3 doors anymore apart from Minis, and even those are now all automatic and without visible exhaust tail pipes apart from the JCW. Still has 1 visible, the other is hidden (?), and no longer makes a proper noise. The world has gone mad.

I wouldn't bother with the Mini tbh , my missus has a 2015 JCW coupe, it's awful to drive, the seats are rubbish , torque steer is terrible, rock hard bone rattler, its not a pleasant experience...she loves it though lol

That’s the problem with all the new stuff, Audi don’t do 3 door or manual in anything quick now, the up side is anyone can drive an S3 fast now because the car does it all for you, this new one has a track mode and it changes the power delivery, puts more power to the rear, it’s like driving an M2, I almost crashed it the first time I put it in dynamic plus, we looked at the new RS3 and test drove it, my first thought was Mrs Stav will kill herself in that

kanny 21,961
@eastcoast just looking what sold at this auction 13 days ago and what do you know...go to the 12 minutes 20 second mark
eastcoast 4,902
Cheers Kanny £6K? Must have issues needing sorting I would think but maybe not, I'm by no means an expert on them. One appeared today at an Alfa specialist that I have been keeping an eye on. Low millage but top money. 3 1/2 hour drive away so not been to see it yet. I'm not giving anymore details as last time I did that on here it was sold the next day Interesting/boring fact - you see the glass roof? Pro-drive specked steel roof for the 500 that they would build to keep the weight down. Alfa sent glass roofed bodies from Italy but full head liners. There was not time to correct the mistake so the Pro-drives have glass roofs that you cannot see from the inside

Just having a nosey seeing what stuff is going for , seems to be some great bargains around, Fords are still doing pretty good but if you are prepared to look at other stuff then some absolute steals to be had, sign of harder times i think

I have noted the reg on the car in the video. Should it be advertised online at 2+ times the auction price will be useful
