When my old man died he left a load of sticks, walking and thumbsticks that he made. I'm having a lot of bother with arthritis when walking and tried one of the thumbsticks last week, seems to help but I have no idea what I am doing with it! Cheers If your struggling start with two and use like ski sticks then you will find you will depend on one more than tother also get on the apple cider vinegar I drink it every day and this winter has been my most pain free in years even my neck that crunched like a bag of gravel it got so bad they were going to operate and clear the Arthur from my spine has nearly cleared itself 2 Quote Link to post Share on other sites
