Been looking in on THL for years and enjoy reading many of the posts in various sections. As a quiet bloke by nature I've never really felt the need to comment as others have usually put down what I'm

Had my first doses of treatment yesterday (should have been last week but their admin f****d it up 🥴 All good, no side effects yesterday or today, booked in again in 3 weeks. 🙏👍 Cheers, D.

Excellent news Jukel 💯 I won't be ringing any bells, they told me from day 1 (August 2023) it was terminal but I'm still batting and looking fairly well set in the crease for the time being 👍  Ch

No on omeprazole  doctor told me supplement with b12 and magnesium as omeprazole can make you slightly deficient in both.

I'm on Omeprazole, Folic Acid, B12 injections, Hydrocortisone, D3 4000, Atarvastatine, Benzydimine Hydrochloride, Dexamethasone, Ondansetron, plus multivitamins.

Had blood test this morning, Oncology consultation tomorrow and 2nd lot of Chemotherapy next Monday 🙄

Cheers, D.

There's just been an update on Vit D3....the original calculation for the recommended daily amount was miscalculated at 600 IU....and should be around 9000 now this is just the recommended daily amount for people in general.....check out the online doctors on the net....some are saying doubling this number to help with various kinds of diseases....and I've herd of people taking 100,000 IU daily with no adverse reactions in fact it's been very beneficial to those patients...

Remember though D3 needs k2 to stop calcification....and Magnesium is needed to absorb the D3 properly....

When buying Magnesium....read the labels carefully as it can be confusing....it might say it provides 1000 mg or 1200 1500 etc ...but look to see what the elemental amount is ...some are as low as 100...you want to be looking for 200...400 daily...and thus might need to increase if your taking ultra high dose of D3...

Check out the online docs and there work with high dose Vit D ...I would be trying to locate Fen Ben as well and Ivermectin..
