.357shooter 1,397 Posted 18 hours ago Report Share Posted 18 hours ago So latest in a long line of bullshit excuses.my consultant now doesn't have access to my medical notes.this was said after you see the therapist on friday.can only be one or the other surely.doctor is now willing to write a letter that says I can not work but it will cost £40 FFS.therapist has written a letter also to state I can not work but it has not arrived like the doctors note.so after 10 weeks off work I still can not claim feck all as I still have no written proof.so it's looking like a great Christmas this year.just my luck after having a simple surgery to improve hand function. 4 Quote Link to post Share on other sites

Make sure that you make an official compliant. There will be a policy in place in order to do that even if they say otherwise. Not much help to you at the moment but stop the "computer says no" culture. Incompetent, often part time admin people, are the tail wagging the dog these days.
