Charter boat trip

8 of us went out on a charter from Mevagissy last Friday.  Had a good day, seen several shoals of tuna quite close, dolphins within a yard of the boat, and we all caught plenty including 3 bass at 3-4lb and the biggest Pollack I've ever seen at 8lb 8oz.

I can't get one over 10lb

Used to catch a lot of 4- 5 lb ones from the shore in Pembrokeshire but my pb is a guessamate from the captain of a boat out of penzance at 17 lb and that was on the first drop of a trip my brother took me on for my birthday a number of years ago, Nice fish though Dave and bet that put ab end in the rod,,
