Both about 3 1/2 months old, getting them out and about just a quick walk each a day at the minute

Thanks mate, hopefully everything's covered lol the whippets more of a knockabout/lamping dog for me and my boy but I also enjoy a walk at first light so hopefully the saluki X will do the job. Atb

Whippets are game lil dogs under rated but you'll not get a better rabbiting dog than a whippet

You could get them both out , ferreting with nets for the rest of this season...switch them both right on,let them get some fur in their mouths...sun on their backs all summer till next season,they be good to go

I get where your coming from mate just never been into ferreting or owned a ferret I used to go on odd occasion with a old pal but I found it boring but as you say good to get a young dog going.. I'll run them doubled March April time in day few rabbits on the lamp then put them away until the seasons underway.
