Were popular up this end many years ago ,, the old boys called them veil nets ..

Interesting way of doing it tbf saves setting loads of pursenets, guess the quick set has taken over now, nice to see traditions being kept tho

excuse my ignorance mate, how are they set? like a traditional stop net?
