f**k me here we go lol. Them that talk like that are big old lumbs of lard normally behind the internet lol. Ive put abit of timber on. But im one of them that can go to gym do 10 weeks of intensive training. Muscle memory kicks in back to looking fresh. That's thing once you've had the foundations already bit bounces back. Youll see body builder. Take time off put some timber on. Then intensive training ready for comps.

I just have to look at a dumbbell and I put on 3 stone of muscle, you actually have to lift to see a difference?

Its great to see that transformation in just a short space of time. Lads in gym are like you on the juice lol. Its muscle memory boys. Its hard for a newbie to gain the weight in so little time. But for someone that's gone it many years and has breaks. Then does some intensive training. Low carb diet. You'll soon see the difference. Just rice,  salmon or chicken , chickpea humus on crackers for dinner. Bit of red meat with Veg or eggs with salad and tuna. Knock all sugar on head. Its hard going. But its got to be done.

You sound like own of those weak as piss lads, not everyone is on the juice. I wouldn't do it, too many side effects and long term damage, for what, to look well for the summer holiday's? Lol

You dont need to do juice if you put in the hard graft and start from the bottom. Guys expect to lift heavy weight straight away. Took me years to get the foundation. Jail helped alot back in day. You get f***ing idiots chasing drugs for a head change. Can do there time straight headed. Weak minded c**ts. Get in gym get out feeling good not same as you went in. A kept training on the out.

That went out of the window. Them images of the food and the calories he'd burned. 🤣🤣. Ive just started jogging again. Give me a few weeks al bag a recent image up. That was about 2 years ago. Ive still got the shoulder traps but the chest has gone abit west  Lol
