Its great to see that transformation in just a short space of time. Lads in gym are like you on the juice lol. Its muscle memory boys. Its hard for a newbie to gain the weight in so little time. But for someone that's gone it many years and has breaks. Then does some intensive training. Low carb diet. You'll soon see the difference. Just rice, salmon or chicken , chickpea humus on crackers for dinner. Bit of red meat with Veg or eggs with salad and tuna. Knock all sugar on head. Its hard going.
