Your better off if they've got you bang to rights. No point throwing a not guilty in for it to get injured for another two weeks. Them solicitors piss in the same pot. Some turn to prosecution or barristers , then become  magistrates judges or judges at crown. Martin lord well known good solicitors good f***ing solicitors infact. Truly sickening to listen to the depths of draconian laws against yous over the water,can't hunt hare or fox,can't even walk your dogs in certain areas,that is truly f****d up,they have yous by the balls,an all over a animal.

Youll need them when your arse falls out when your in court and they say court cost 600 notes compensation 3 grand. Then tell you to fill the form out , income going ins and outs. I was lucky got a letter through post from Lincolnshire police saying no further action. First time id been caught on any land that day. Due too that f***ing plum off here. Taking us to a place that's on fire more so now. That was over 8 years ago maybe abit longer. But if your bang to rights. Ie footage of you coursing , driving land like many of the daft twats do. You may aswel take the guilty plea. Try not stretch it out. If you take it to trial. Your guna get found guilty if the evidence is there. Hate it when the evidence is there an solicitors tell you to no comment the interview. Seen it on these programs.  Its like im there in black and white. Am good but im not that good to know when am f****d. Lol. Am like just hold your hands up. Hopefully get bail. But if you start trying to fool the CPS when its there in black and white. They'll just f**k you over. Every charge they can think of. Thats same with coursing. Dont play the big man Don. Your okay you've got land to run. Many lads haven't so will lose alot. Just dont listen to f***ing idiots off here offering you days out mate where its red hot. Lol. I made that mistake. Like a say only time ive ever been caught that day. Many like to keep images on the phones that will incriminate them and you if your with them. Lucky for me a used my head when we was way over on some of the land. Taking images of public right aways. Slip lead thrown back on the clasp lead. Ive always taken a clasp lead. When your caught with just a leather slip. You cant argue that if it goes to court. The copper new that day with the footage and images of the right always and them catching up to us on the river side where that was public right of way. One of the farmers seen us in the far distance and couldn't describe what we was wearing. Which was a bonus to be fair. That would definitely have gone against us. Now they've got the drones as a weapon over you in Minutes without you even knowing. Lol. Crazy how far they'll go.
