How can they when they are miles apart......my ol fella used to have murders with his best friend who was a Millwall fan,they lived 200 yards apart,both worked down Smithfield,both drank in the same boozers etc....if close proximity doesnt matter i might as well book Millwall/Spurs/Chelsea/Arsenal/Orient/Charlton/Fulham/Brentford/Palace/QPR.........all as derby games ! I don't think you are as much as you think mate, take for instance Leeds UTD, it's classed as a derby when they play Huddersfield Town. It is and has always been known as a West Yorkshire derby.
