No just wondered why people didn't bred them into lurchers for hares or they complete different dog running wise or they just the same bred different name

Yes, it went both ways, east and west.

The running dogs of India and China will have been influenced by the Middle Eastern dogs as well as those of Iberia such as the Ibizan hound . 
Just out of interest, when talking to Arabs about Salukis, they call them “sloughi’s”.

Yes charts so there the same dog just different parts call them different things
