Recommended Posts

I remember seeing a bitch similar bar a touch lighter to this run a hare in new south Wales Australia for a good 2 or 3 minutes though orchads crop fences the lot n although missed she ran well n often wondered how they would do over here n surprised never here of them they looked a durable faster more useful type than the Deerhound I would've thought 17444841218232935336794280248189.jpg.cf9ac9ddcb4ce5c7a77876f3b0271df9.jpg

This just caught my eye; IMG_2398.jpeg.bd6069cfd699b65e0bf1eef604737155.jpeg

Very cheap pups.
I’ve hunted around Ballarat, and although I’m not a fan of Airedale crosses, if I lived there I would be tempted to give one of these a go.

Cheers.

Theres plenty of hares, but none of the lads I met were interested in them, they considered them pests.

Also ,I’ve never seen a saluki or saluki x when I’ve been there. I’m sure there will be some, and the land is perfect for coursing, but I don’t know anyone who runs them.

Cheers.

Good pics charts and as you say they don't seem as bothered do they.

Interesting tho as I asked a farm I was staying on if I had a dog would be let me have a run n he said n that was the same with his neighbours when he took me round there for a couple of beers

They do it all; I went out with terriers bolting to the lurchers, walked up with lurchers and I went out with the Barwon Fox hounds.
