Selling books

Recommended Posts

I've got hundreds of hunting shooting and fishing books, plus a load of bullfighting ones. I keep toying with the idea of cataloguing and selling the lot. I've added a few odd ones for sale in the hunting books section..... My question is..is that allowed or are they supposed to be in the for sale section? And if it's in the for sale do I need to donate some money or something to be able to?

I believe officially they should go in the miscellaneous, section within the sales forum, Again i believe you have to be a donator to advertise in these sections, well that's how the old forum worked. But if you were to put a post up saying you had a load of books to get rid of in the book section, then if people asked you what you had got, you could always answer via messenger and everything would be above board,

I would take any hound ones off you mate. Bring them down in the spring and let me know what you want for them?

Been thinking of doing the same because no doubt they will only end up in the bottom of a skip when I pop my cloggs. Let me know how much it costs you for postage as it's the only thing putting me off about advertising them for sale.

Postage costs would be down to the buyer i would think you would be looking at around £3.60 depending on the size of the book
