Three in two nights

Recommended Posts

Dropped on a spot I haven’t been on for a few weeks due to the farmer passing away. His wife still wants me to visit so I went up on Friday. I seen four charlies, two pairs close together. Managed to get the two dog foxes and went again tonight. Got this vixen after she jumped a wall as I was lining up a rabbit. I Checked with the thermal to make sure the rabbit was still there, then the vixen appeared on the wall behind the rabbit. Waited until she dropped onto the field. Unlucky for her. .22 Hornet at 85 yards

Dropped on this spot again tonight and managed to bag this big dog fox. Came in nicely. After I’d shot him, I had the thermal spotter on the far hill and there was another fox watching. It didn’t hang around long though.
