As Any rat catcher could tell them; All they need to do is get cats, some plug in sonic devises and some stuff from B&Q. Obviously works. Because if you ever try to offer any qualified advice on a non pro' public forum, you'll be shouted down by the Real experts swearing by the above. Why it isn't working in NSW then I cannot fathom.
