ZAN slugs

Ordered 800  .25 ZAN slugs on Sunday night  . Well arrived today , so it would be rude not to test them tonight. Fired 20 , 33 gr through the chronograph, 18 @ 981 FPS, 2 @ 979 FPS  ,  17 , 35 gr @ 956 FPS & 3 @ 954 FPS , not bad at all 

At 30  -50 yards slug on slug , so went out side to try at100 yard  , well 97 yard as a pack of blocks in the way 

All I can say wow , wow , wow , first pic bottom slug my fault & second pic , one on the right once again my fault 

Didn’t need to alter any settings on gun or scope

Oh no, don’t tell me you’re using that fangled metric measurement as well. Bleddy hell man, what happened to the good old feet and inches?

 

At least you’re counting distance in yards and not them daft bleddy metres

Yes mate came yesterday but busy at work at the moment not a lot of time for testing

It will be interesting, will you be trying them in hw100? Hopefully the weather won’t be too bad for you, the weekend looks a bit hit and miss this week. Wind and rain coming over, shite for May.

Looks like I'll stay with the jsb monsters then lol tried the Fx hybrids but the jsb have the edge on accuracy at the moment

How about H&N , that’s what I use for .22
