Brilliant performance from him today, those who claimed he can only win in the best car were silenced good and proper. Verstappen is a monster yet he couldn't break the veteran.

Fact is, hamilton is just a superb driver, that's aware of any idiosynchracies, faults with tyres etc etc of his car, AT ALL TIMES.

Yep he truly is, who's the better in him and Verstappen I wouldn't like to say but he won the race today that should have been Max's.

Well I remember verstappen's first race, when he'd just turned 17. I honestly thought he would've won more than he has by now. Good, very good? Certainly. Great? Not quite. It's about the car though mate, he hasn't really had the car to win more than he has, today he did though and will be kicking himself.

pesky1972 5,634
Don’t think Hamilton won the race today any more than Verstappen lost it. It was won and lost on tyre wear, and strategy decided by the team’s race engineers. Made for an exciting finish all the same. The Red Bull under Verstappen looked at least a match for Merecedes, so hopefully we’ll see a proper title race involving different constructers for the first time in many a year. Greb147 6,809
An article about the crazy speeds MotoGP are reaching now, 225mph on the straights is unreal. The 225mph MotoGP bike: how fast is too fast? - Motor Sport Magazine WWW.MOTORSPORTMAGAZINE.COM Johann Zarco’s jaw-dropping top speed during last weekend’s Qatar grand prix raised inevitable questions…
pesky1972 5,634
Verstappen is a petulant child. His team made two blunders with the pit-stop and advising he yield to Russell before the stewards had ruled. But his decision to deliberately ram Russell should have seen him disqualified. Some will say his uncompromising driving makes him a winner.., but to me there’s sporting integrity, and then there’s cheating. Sometimes there’s no glory in winning at any cost.

Agreed mate...he's arguably one of the best drivers there is...but I can't stand the prick....chucks his dummy out all the time....I said to my boy when he rammed Russell...needs disqualified for that
Pardus 1,610
I love Max, he's clearly the best driver on the grid IMO but he should get a race ban for that. You can't just purposely crash in to a competitor because you're angry with a decision.
